I just love social anxiety, Im nervous just being on this Chemical pulse lol,, owell what can you do.
All i can say about anxiety is it gets better with age, well for me that is but i have put alot of work into it.
The biggest mistake is drinking alcohole just makes things worse but i drank for years to cover up my fears without much success, these days i drink on the odd occasion gave up the faggs they seemed to make the anxiety worse but these days i just realy go hard at the gym, just changed my weight routine to bulk up so it gives me something to strive for and focuse on, I realy enjoy it ill add another post soon and see if i put on much weight and feel any differant, till then seeya.......
